The Roundhouse Craft Beer Festival is held outside the Steam Whistle Brewery at the old railway roundhouse in the centre of Toronto. The event is held once in the summer and again in the winter so there could be up to a 50°C difference in temperature between the two events. I’ve only been to the summer edition so far which considering the amount of people there was surprisingly laid back. The biggest plus for me besides the good selection of beer from smaller breweries was the open space where is was possible to relax on the grass overlooking the rest of the festival area.
Some of the proceeds from the festival go to support the Toronto Railway Historical Association.
